Hello All,
I am building my first LARGE Power Automate workflow. After a new SharePoint file is added, it needs to go through 5-8 levels of approval. I started building out as a large Switch workflow using switch/states, but after doing some research am toying with the idea it should be 5-8 separate workflows. After reviewing the Pros and Cons, I'm on the fence (leaning towards separate wfs). I thought I would reach out to the community to see what your thoughts are!
I'm guessing if I had 5-8 workflows, I would add a trigger condition to all workflows except the first one so they only get triggered when called from the previous workflow and have the first main workflow start things off.
This workflow will only occur about 300 times a year, so I think I am ok with limits..
All thoughts Ideas are appreciated.
thanks!
ok, no feedback. I am going to build out many smaller workflows using a solution and parent/child workflows...
