I developed multiple SharePoint List forms using Power Apps, but recently noticed some odd behavior with existing and new Power Apps as follow.
Users create new item fill out Power App form and save the changes and add another item.
when adding new item it loads one of the previous created item.
I am creating master and detail form, when saving master form SharePoint integration loads first item in the list. Following is the code in form Item property.
