Dear Sir / Madam ,

I wanted to use our group email to create a service account.

However I am stuck in this page. Your system said give me a sign in button . Screenshot 2024-05-03 at 17.21.14.png

And then I cannot sign in . Do you know why ? Do you know is it the correct way to create service account ?

if you already have a user account, you simply need to assign the appropriate license to your group email ID or user via the admin center, as shown in the screenshot below.

Dear Deenuji ,

Thank you for your image !
Do you also have a readable page to let me know more instead of direct link to admin centre ?
Because I am not admin and not able to access the page .

For example , we have a shared email for company , we can "add user" in admin centre ?

How did you set up your shared email? Do you have it configured on-premises or within Azure Active Directory?
