Update Item Flow updates ALL the items, not just 1

I created a Flow for my Sharepoint list so that every time an item is created or updated, it updates the item. This was meant to convert look-up values into calculable values and so far has worked fine. However, I keep getting emails to the flow has failed and realized that every time a new item is submitted or an item is updated, it goes through the entire list and updates every item.

Is it normal that with that rule in place, everytime an update is made to one item, all of the items update?

We keep getting notifications that the flow has failed thousands of times when, in reality, it's one item that we don't know how to fix that keeps failing, looking worse than it is and causing concern.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you share a screenshot of the Flow configuration?

Is the value of the ID field configuration dynamically changing?

    Please provide more details.

    Best Regards,
