Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello,

I am currently trying to create an approval flow that will be triggered when someone tries to make changes to my SharePoint site. I have made one that seems to work but only if changes such as adding a new item to a list are made which I don't want included in my flow. I need the flow to be triggered when changes are made such as adding columns, changing information etc. I will attach a copy of what my flow looks like now.
