Is it possible to use Power Automate to create a working .lnk file with a target to a local folder?

Unfortunately, power automate cannot perform local operations like this.
In general, desktop flow can simulate the user's local operation.

Thank you for the response. I thought as much. Looking for something totally cloud automated. Have settled for generating batch files instead which is almost as satisfactory.
