Message Center Flow Based on Tag

Trying to make a flow from the Message Center in Admin Center into Planner.  We have used the built in sync messages to planner in the Message Center but you cannot filter by tag in the messages.  Looking for a way to do this so we only see New Features + Feature Updates.  Tried to put in a condition search for these terms but it did not work.  Any insight or other ideas would be great.

Could you please rephrase? It's unclear what do you want to achieve.

We are trying to have the messages from the message center populate as tasks in planner.  However, we only want to import messages that are tagged in message center as New Feature or Feature Update.  These tags from message center populate as text in the details of the task if you turn on the sync messages to planner in the admin center.  Trying to figure out a way to either filter them after they are imported based on those tags in the details of the task or only have the feature updates or new feature messages imported to begin with,

    What is the "Message Center"?

Which trigger are you planning to use?

Message Center in the Admin Center.  It would be a scheduled flow to run daily.

This is an overview- we just want higher filtering that isn't available in the basic setup.

    Thanks for the link.

Well, "Microsoft 365 message center" connector has the only action "Sync messages to planner (Preview)" that has no parameters at all. Am I right assuming you wish to delete some tasks after syncing?

Correct and delete them if they are not New Feature or Feature Update.  That connector will at least import in messages but it does not offer filters.  I was trying to see if I could build onto the flow using Planner connectors and conditions or exporting into excel and using conditions.  I can get items to delete in planner but could not get it to delete based on text in the details of the task (which is where the admin center tags are imported to).

Here is an example.  So the sync connector will import like this.  We would only want to keep tasks that have New Feature or Feature Update in the tags area.

So your only problem is how to retrieve the tags from the details of the task?

We want to delete the task entirely if neither of those phrases are in the details

Sorry I still cannot  see the problem. Iterate the tasks and delete  ones that don't have the allowed tags.
