Hello,

I've got an error message: 502 Gateway. I've been using these approval flows for months without a problem and then it suddenly gave an error to almost all runs. Just one run that gave a successful run was without attachment. However, in the past, it had been working fine with that so now I have no clue how to start solving it. Could you please give me some idea?

Hi @nuttaraj,

Can you share more details about how you configured that Start and Wait for an Approval action? That might give us a clue.

I have seen a thread where configuration/input of this has caused a similar issue:

Secondly, I would suggest to double check the Approvals Administrator role of your environment. Just to make sure it is still in order.

@Expiscornovus Thank you very much. I think I'll ask IT guy to check the Approvals Administrator role first. If that's not the cause, then I'll get back to you about the flow.

Could you try to grant the "Organization" read permission of "System Job" in Power Platform Admin Center security role to Approvals Administrator?
