Dear community members,
As a frequent and happy visitor of this site I am seeking for help with Powerautomate flows triggered within the powerapp. I have an app thats been created by contractor without further support. I am taking care of it for some time and now all flows had stopped working for all users. Flows are not being triggered at all. What helps is to add user as a co-owner, modify the app and publish it. But since 40 users are involved its not possible to do it for all of them.
What I have learned is that once they click on the detail of the app and select tab Flows, the list is empty. As owner, i can see all of the flows and I am able to use them.
Thank you very much in advance
Jakub
Hi @Alex_10 ,
thanks again. I have actually done this as one of the first steps. But without success unfortunatelly.
Also exporting the app and importing it under a different name of the app, all 20+ flows and different account didnt work.
I was able to "resolve" the issue by reverting back the authoring version, which was probably upgraded during some modification. So big thanks to MS 😞
Thanks for your inputs!

in this case i suggest:
* delete flows from the app (not from the solution) - save - publish - close the app
* open the app again and add back the flows - fix errors - save - publish
* open the solution - publish all customizations
Important: before doing all above, make sure that each flow's connection reference show service account when you open flow details.
Hi @Alex_10 ,
thanks for your feedback. The app and instant flows are both having same owner - service account that was used for publishing the app.
This service account can trigger the flow, but others cant. When button is pressed by end user it is not actually even triggered.
Just thinking ... the app and flows were part of the solution, which is now unmanaged one. I am doing the maintenance directly in the app and not publishing it. So if this could be the issue. But it was actually working for couple of months without issues.
Thank you!
are you the owner of the app or co-owner?
The main limitation of PA instant flow is that owners of both PA and flow must be the same.
if co-owner, as far as i know there is no easy fix on the current app (except maybe using PowerShell).
i would suggest exporting the current app as a zip file and deploying it in the same environment.
This will make your account as the owner of the new app.
