Possibility to select checkbox for boolean data fields

Hi,

 

When I want to add a boolean field to a form, I can only choose between text and toggle button.

The toggle button shows on/off in view mode and the toggle button in edit mode.

Now I want to change it to a checkbox. I there a way to this easily? So that I can select it when adding the data field. Now you are obliged to create a custom data card.

    Hi @ThomasVDS 

     

    By default, there are only two options available. Though you can customize it as:
     
    1) Select the datacard and from the right menu, select properties. 
    2) Click Unlock this to change properties.
    3) Add the checkbox control and remove the existing toggle button.
    4) This might raise a few errors because if the control is deleted, you need to update them to the newly added checkbox.
    5) Select the datacard, and place the below expression on the Update property as:
    Checkbox1.Value
    Checkbox1 is the name of control.

    @yashag2255Thank you for the quick reply.

     

    I followed your steps. But but the update is not always working, half of the time I need to try twice before the check/uncheck action is properly performed. I have the same issue with a toggle button.

    How can I solve this?
