Loop isnt getting executed

Please refer to my flow created with steps shown in pic. I find that the loop isnt getting executed. Need some guidance in this regard.

    Hi,
     
    could you make sure that you have assign the variable value in set variable action (after launch excel action) like below
     
    By this bot should consider the variable value as numeric rather than as text which is in your case.
