Hej,
I have access to publish my Chatbot from Copilot studio do Teams Chanel
According to the client I have licence for Copilot for Microsoft 365 but for some reason I do not have access to all features.
Could you please tell me what kind of licence should the client buy to enable microsoft teams chanel?
Thank you in advance
@MattJimison Teams is an option. I want to share ChatBot to users via microsoft Teams.
The issue is that I ask client for copilot studio and they provide me it. Now I am saying them that this is not enough and we need to buy access to microsoft teams and they ask why?
Hi, @MateuszWojcik .
The cost of Copilot Studio is based on the usage of the bots; there is a developer license you can obtain but it actually costs $0. In essence, signing up for a free trial by going to https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com and renewing it when it expires will get you the same options, but you're responsible for purchasing messaging packs to cover the usage of the bots you develop and publish to your organization.
To answer your question on why Teams isn't an option, it doesn't look like its disabled in your screenshot. Are you saying you can't click on it? If so, does it display an error?
Cheers,
Matt
