i use the following steps to compare items in Excel and List

Dear All

 

i use the following steps to compare items in Excel and List .. If the items in the Excel is exist in the List and has different value in vendor column , the flow will update items. Though , it has some bug .Could you please help to check? Thanks a lot.

Method 1:

Method 2: 

 

So , i tried with following steps, but it will take a long time to update  vendor column with a same vendor in every loop.

    Hi Mira ,

    can I use ne =not equal in the expression to filter if items in excel  has the same id items in the list and has different values in vendor. If so ,how can I get the id of these items? Thanks a lot.

    @GUOGUO

    I would suggest that you loop on the items on your Excel using apply to each and for each do Getitems to check if the items exist or not using filter expression if there is then you should update otherwise create new item in the sharepoint list, I don't know a way that can do this in one go.
