Power Automate cloud flow 'Send a Copy' option not working in specific environment

I recently created a new environment 'TestFlowEnv' in Power Platform, In my other environments, when using the cloud flow in power automate, the  'Send a Copy' option (accessed via 3 dot menu or inside detail page of low) open a sharing window that allow me to enter user and successfully share a copy of the flow with another user.

However, in the newly created 'TestFlowEnv' environment, clicking 'Send a Copy' briefly opens the sharing window but immediately closes automatically without any interaction. I am unable to share the flow using this method in this new environment.

Has anyone else experiences this issue or can provide insights on how to resolve this problem?

Thank You!

It sounds like you're encountering a specific issue with the "Send a Copy" feature in Power Automate within your newly created environment 'TestFlowEnv'. This behavior, where the sharing window briefly opens and then closes immediately, suggests there might be a configuration or permission issue in the new environment.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Check Environment Settings

Ensure that the 'TestFlowEnv' environment has the correct settings and permissions configured. Compare the settings with those of the environments where the feature works correctly.

    2. Verify User Permissions

Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to share flows in the new environment. Check if there are any restrictions or limitations on sharing flows in 'TestFlowEnv'.

    3. Check for Updates

Ensure that Power Automate and all related components are up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and improve functionality.

    4. Clear Cache and Cookies

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies or using a different browser to see if the issue persists.

    5. Test with Different Flows

Try sharing different flows within the 'TestFlowEnv' environment to see if the issue is specific to a particular flow or affects all flows.

    6. Contact Microsoft Support

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. Provide them with the details of the environment and the issue to help them diagnose the problem.
