I have created a flow that exports to PDF files from a Power BI Report Builder. This is a paginated report that I create (monthly) for a US state. The Report was created with the Power BI Report Builder and published to a Workspace that has Premium Per User enabled. The report works fine but I find it extremely slow. It seems like it takes almost exactly five minutes per report file to be generated. The data set is really small and within the report builder it can be done within 2-3 seconds. But of course this needs to be automated in Power Automate.
I believe the slowness is in Power BI but I'm not sure. Any good way to determine time spent in each step? Or if this is normal behavior in Power BI? Perhaps the Premium Per User license is causing the issue. (Can't afford the full version.)
Thanks.
