How to save a copy from excel online by power autoamte desktop

Hi guys, please help me about this problem.

1)i got this .xls file in onedrive

2)i opened it online and downloaded it

3)i want to to this by power automate desktop because this file is moved from download folder

I cant find a solution to solve this flow

Hi @_qqneed_uall ,

You can do that with a Copy File action. Here in this example, I have a file in a subfolder called /a_test/Test4.xlsx and I want to make a copy of it and put in the Root folder.

Hi @_qqneed_uall

Since file directly get saved to download folder, to make it save to desired location, you can enable this option in google chrome if you are using to open onedrive.

Go to settings > downloads> enable the above highlighted option, so whenever you try to download the copy from one drive save as dialog box will open in which you can type the file path where you need to save the file 🙂

You can do downloading action via power automate desktop for downloading file via OneDrive to desired location 🙂
