    Hi @kavippriya

Is the mailbox an exchange mailbox or O365?

As stated above, it could be that your mailbox is an on-premise Exchange mailbox.

Check also if your admin didn't block connectivity to Outlook.

If you are using an on-premise Exchange mailbox, a workaround could be to run a cloud flow on a regular basis that will call a Power Automate for desktop flow to retrieve the attachments (See https://learn.microsoft.com/power-automate/desktop-flows/actions-reference/exchange)

If you type "Power Automate" in your windows start menu, you will be able to able to access Power Automate Desktop.

Create a new flow that check recent emails and return the attachments.

You can then create a Power Automate cloud flow from https://make.powerautomate.com which triggers every day to call in an unattended way (without you being logged in) your desktop flow. You need to connect your windows machine in https://make.test.powerautomate.com/environments/%YOURENVID%/monitor/machines before hands.
