Create Relation Between Custom Columns in Sharepoint List and Library

using Share point, I'm creating team site with Document libraries and Lists where the lists have memos and their status(resolved or closed), also memos can be attached to documents and i want a feature where Clicking on the file or folder in the document library should let the user know whether there are:

1 memos attached to the document or not and

2. memos have been resolved or not

the list item will be automatically linked to the corresponding document stored in the library And also the status Column is a choice in the list library, so the document in the document library should be able to show the status value, since the document will be linked to an item in the list library

 

i need to integrate with Power Automate flow, any help with that please?
