Hello,

I have a power app where the user take multiple photos. Finally it create a pdf with some data and finally put all the photos.

Now this work i'm doing by creating html and then create a pdf from the html. This is not good solution and i want to do this work with populate word template action. The problem is that i can't insert multiple pictures in the content control. I try tu put the image content control inside a repeating table but then it don't appear the field in the power automate. Any solution for this problem?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @ilanas

The Word Online connector does not support images inside repeating tables. Please check the Known issues and limitations section of the connector. Here's the link: Word Online (Business)

    thanks @faustocapellanj ,

if the insert of multiples repeating pictures is not allowed, is there am option to insert a lot of single image content control and if this image content control is empty, then delete this gray picture to don't show in the word?

    Hi there,

If you're not tied to the Word Online connector, take a look at Plumsail Documents. It has much more functionality for populating DOCX files. It supports images inside repeating tables. And it supports conditional logic, for example, to hide something depending on merged data.

You can read here how Plumsail Documents templating engine works for Word templates https://plumsail.com/docs/documents/v1.x/document-generation/docx/index.html

Note: this is a paid solution. But you can try it free of charge. And even test it for one month to decide whether it serves or not.

    Hi @ilanas

I have not tried that. I can try it over the weekend, but it might the approach might not be as straightforward. I will let you know.
