Only if you prefer you can change the name column by writing custom JS.
There is a simple way using OOB functionality.
In Portal management:
1. Under content > Basic forms > select the form where you want to change the name
2. Under Basic form metadata > Create new basic form metadata
3. Select Type as " Attribute and select the logical field (the field you want to change your column name)
4. Under Label > enter the new name
5. Hit save and close ( Screenshot below for reference)

In Design Studio (use it only if you don't see the changes)
1. Pres sync configuration and preview the website. And press "Ctrl+F5"
