Is Opportity owner person type column? Then write .DisplayName at the end of column name.

    Distinct(ListName,ClumnName.DisplayName)

    OR

    Distinct(ListName,ClumnName.DisplayName).Result

when you use distinct in the combobox items. Value will not work. You need to use Result

Opportutiny owner is person type column so you need to write

    'Opportunity Owner'.DisplayName = ComboBox.Selected.Result.

Also you don't need those round brackets around control names
