Keyword trigger suddenly stopped working

Hi everybody. Today I'm encountering a curious issue. I've got a few flows set up for my company which makes use of keyword triggers to run several commands (each with their own flow and corresponding keyword) from within a teams channel conversation. For the past few months since their inception they have been running flawlessly. This is no longer the case. For whatever reason, it appears as if the trigger itself is no longer checking if the keywords are being posted. I've done a few tests and looked at some user inputs; there are no typos or case issues with any of the attempted keyword submissions to trigger the flow. Nothing has been changed about the trigger's settings or details since they went live. This is quite confusing, and frustrating since it does not even register as a failed flow run (the flow can't fail if it doesn't run to begin with). Has anyone encountered something similar? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... I'm stumped.

Exactly the same issue here. I think it must be a MSFT problem

We have a workflow that has also worked flawlessly for months, then as of 10/10/2024 - it no longer works.

I have:

- Refreshed the connection used, i.e. created a new connection and then used that throughout the playbook

- Swapped the trigger to be 'Recurrence' (every 3 minutes) and the flow is triggered successfully

- Recreated the "When keywords are mentioned" trigger (after establishing everything was okay with my config, since the 'Recurrence' trigger worked) => the recreated "keywords" trigger still does not work.

Conclusion I have come to is MSFT problem / they have changed something.

I too believe connection issues between teams and power automate... but not for all.. only trigger keyword have issue,

I tried below, but no luck still.

Create another simple flow to test

Turn off Turn on

Change keywords and groups

remove shared persons

Reauthenticate connections

Create new connections

Teams triggers stopped working Oct 9, 11.XX PM (or later)
Identified failure of: "when a keyword..", "when chat is added.." Probably more teams triggers,

Microsoft appears to not recognize the issue as per now.
Service status: No issues found

I was doing some digging around, anyone know if it could be related to this? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/general-availability-deployment#deployment-schedule

Apparently there was a license/accessibility split that happened this month... I do not have any particular power platform related license, maybe this could be the cause? This could really have been communicated a LOT clearer by Microsoft...

Anybody having this issue again today on 21 Nov 2024?

Tried everything, none is working, some are triggered but the delays are quite long, some not triggered at all.

This is a recurring issue historically, isnt there a permanent fix that Microsoft should apply for this?
