Prevent editting documents out for Approval

Hi

I have an Approval Flow which sends out a link so that the Approver can read the document before approving it.

 

However, I have noticed that one or two approvers have editted the document before approving it.

 

How can I prevent this from happening so that all approvers see the same content in the document out for approval.

    Hi,

     

    I don't think you can do this out-of-the-box, never try also... but as a suggestion, you may move the document to a different place/document library with read-only permission and after the approval, move them to the original place, or place, or change its status.

    I am afraid that there is no available way can be used to protect the files to be changed from Flow. Please consider submitting a request on Flow Ideas Forum about this issue, so that it might be considered in future releases:

    While if you don’t want approvers to change the Excel files, you can use formatting and editing restrictions in Excel to restrict changes to files. Please check the following doc for more details:
