FTP connection failed after new server address

After 1 year working with a powerautomate flow we have changed the ftp server.
But with the new server url we are not able to connect.
 
What we have tried so far:
  • Added whitelist of IP addresses of Microsoft.
  • URL server I have tried, sftp.tech, ftp.tech, just the url
  • Changed port 21, 2222

    hi, did you find a solution to your problem?
    we have similar issue. nothing has changed in the ftp settings, and after 6 months working without problems it just stopped working. I think around mid July

    Yes our hosting company is blocking some IP addresses from Microsoft. I have added all IP available on the Microsoft website still didn´t work. I think Microsoft has new IP addresses and they are not published yet.
    Only solution for us was to add 0.0.0.0 to our IP whitelist of the hosting company.
