Well thats a first !....................... but not the last I fear.

Anytime there is an update to Pad, I stupidly do what im told and update.

Ive had so many issues this week with the most basic actions.

2 hours yesterday trying to fix an error when all that was needed was to restart Pad.

Another hour today, gave up trying to see why the error was occurring when again a restart sorted.

Ive attached a shot...you can see quite clearly in the variable pane 05/02/2022 but when you double click, well you

can see....

Im in the UK so need UK / Euro formatted dates for calcs etc. 

Saturday a day of rest my arse !!! 😂

    UK_Mike,
    I always custom format the current date and do not a chance that the default date time format does not change in future versions (have done this as a safeguard, since ProcessRobot days)

    Just use Convert datetime to text action and specify custom
    (example for your need of date:  specify custom of:  dd/MM/yyyy 

    example for your need of date and time:  specify custom of:  dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt

    Hey Jo,

     

    Yeah thats what ive always done, but for some reason this issue just arose out of the blue.

    A restart sorted it, obviously an hour after pulling out what little hair I have left 😂

    Im blaming the " Yanks " on this one with their fu##ed up dating formats 🤣
