Using a docuemnt processing model in Power Automate

I have created a model to extract field data from a collection of pdf documents.  The training process went easily enough, but I am confused about creating an automation.  If I have a folder of pdfs on my desktop, how would I automate processing the pdfs with my model and extracting the fields to an excel spread sheet?
