I have built a process that uses a form to gather data to a list and Power Automate to respond to new or updated data.
The data is customer complaints reported to our Supporter Relations Team (SRT)
There is a team, SRT, and the Complaints list sits on the SRT SharePoint site
The flow uses data connections in my name.
Those only work while I am a member of the SRT Team.
I don't want to be a member of the SRT Team, my inbox gets filled with the 1,001 emails SRT work on everyday
There must be a way I can develop a process for a Team and it works for that Team without me being a member of that Team. Otherwise I will end up having to be a member of every team in the organisation and being sent every email and every calendar invite and every Team message!!!
I have tried adding new connections to the flow as SRT@....org.uk but it tells me that email is invalid. SRT@...org.uk is an owner of the flow
Please can anybody help?
If it means rebuilding the list, flow, form, whatever, but logged on as somebody else I can do that. But I want to do it as the Team, not as any one individual, who might move on and leave the process broken again.
