I am creating a flow where one of the steps is to create a Jira ticket. I am trying to use "Create a new issue (V3)", and I am seeing an error. Also, I don't have the ability to define the fields for the issue to be created.
I have another flow where I also have a step to create a Jira ticket. I am trying to use "Create a new issue", and that it working fine.
I do not have the "Create a new issue" option for the new flow (only V3):
How do I get this to work? why is the "Create a new issue" option not available?
Click theCog SelectIssues SelectField Configurations Select yourField Configuration(we're just using the Default Field Configuration) Search for theReporterField Click to makeOptional
