Could not retrieve values. Error code: '400', Message: 'The value's length for key 'application name' exceeds it's limit of '128'.

I have the same issue, the same error message
Already, opened a support case with Microsoft
Them-is 6 on at

Did you find something since then ?
I'm in the same situation as you.

Flows that worked until now are displaying this error, preventing me from editing them. And some of my Power Apps are also affected with cryptic "Error not handled" errors.
