Could not retrieve values. Error code: '400', Message: 'The value's length for key 'application name' exceeds it's limit of '128'.
Did you find something since then ?I'm in the same situation as you.
Flows that worked until now are displaying this error, preventing me from editing them. And some of my Power Apps are also affected with cryptic "Error not handled" errors.
I have the same issue, the same error messageAlready, opened a support case with Microsoft
