Getting an overview of all flows created under our organization

An employee that used to manage power automate + power apps left our organization, there are currently more than 100 flows that were created while this employee was working at our organization.
Is there a way to get an over view of all the connection points between microsoft forms, power automate and power apps? I'm trying to help with some of the tickets requests for the automations while someone gets hired to replace that role, but the biggest issue I'm having is getting an overview of what items are connected and how they are connected.

As an example, let's say someone sends me an excel spreadsheet and they let me know the integration that is supposed to add a row to that spreadsheet does not work, can I work backwards from that spreadsheet and see what is connected or automated to it? instead of finding the actual flow that creates a change in that spreadsheet.

I appreciate any guidance I can get on this matter. Thanks.
