how to generate Hash for a file using SHA512 with script or any Action?

I had used Hash Generator action, but is not giving  correct hash like value given in CMD.

certutil -hashfile "c:\mendment.pdf" SHA512 (This gives Hash in PAD)

I wasnt same hash to create from Cloud flow.
