i have a flow triggered by keywords mentioned.  along with that keyword message there will be a file, i want to automatically save that file to my file system.  i seem to be having trouble with the flow recognizing the content of the file and saving it correctly, as when i try to open the saved file it is corrupt and won't open.  i have tried with body content and body contenttype for file content in the create file step.  is there another step i need to recognize the file within the message?  this is in a normal group chat and not a team or channel.

Is the file from a chat conversation or a channel conversation? When a file is shared in a chat conversation, the file is saved in the person's OneDrive and then permission is granted to the people in the chat. For channel conversations, the file is stored in the corresponding folder in the underlying SharePoint site. If you are using a channel conversation, I would use a get file properties only action and configure it to get the newest file created or within the timeframe of the conversation. I don't think the information to the file id(s) is provided in the get message details action.

@David_MA - the file is shared in a chat conversation.
