I am very new to power platform. My manager gave me a requirement to check if I can develop something simple using power automate or apps.
Example : Kroger they sell 'n' number of items under many categories. each category has added in a xml file (just category level). which is referenced by PMR_ID. Product Master Reference. Each store can stock any item if it comes with any of the category found in the XML file.
Right now the product team is sending email to the store manually this details to add. since it requires multiple levels of approvals.
Can we set up some interface when a new product needs to be added by product group to the list. it should pass multiple level of validation and approvals by power app flow/template?
I dont need any database look up. Just create a new row to the XML after 3 people review. PMR_ID is key identifier, it has 20 other attributes it may have some values or blanks.
