Possibility to only add 1 response item button within an approval.

Hello,

I am creating a flow to log reading confirmations of a document stored on Sharepoint.

To be able to log all confirmations from users (for auditing purposes) I am using 'Create an approval' with Custom Responses (I hereby confirm I have read the document) so users get an email with a response button. The only issue I am having now is that I can't put only 1 response button in the mail.

If I only add 1 custom response option item my approval mail only consists of a comments section and a submit button.

I cannot add 2 custom response option items since this would allow users to click the second option and this is no use for auditing purposes:

Is there a way to only show 1 response button in the approval mail?

Kind regards,

    Hi @JaDV ,

I did a test on my side, Approval action allows only one option to be added.

    Hi @JaDV

I'm experiencing the same problem and was wondering if you managed to resolve this?

    Thank you in advance.
