SharePoint trigger when created/modified - How do I make this live? Do I have to add other users for this trigger to work? Only works in test right now..

Hey all,

Very new to Power Automate, but have finally completed my first project shown below:

Long story short, I have a folder in SharePoint with 20 PowerPoint files, each has 1 slide MAX. After a bunch of trial and error, endless iterations, I've finally been able to successfully run this flow. When a PowerPoint file in that folder is modified, a trigger sets off by converting slide to PDF, then converting PFG to JPG, and then it saves that file in a seperate folder in SharePoint (which is then connected to/picked up by my Power BI Dashboard.

When I do the run test, and then go edit one fo the slides, it shows that the flow and started, completed, and everything went just find. But when I get out of test mode, I go and try to do it without test or Power Automate open or anything, and nothing gets triggered.

How do you make this live so it can work now? I want for it to always be responsive to any modifications so we stay up to date on status slides being connected to/sent to Power BI. Is there some sort of on buttont that I don't know about?

Also - this flow was really created for our Account managers and team leads. Do I have to give them some sort of permissions to this flow for them to be able to acrivate it?

A Flow can take up to 5 minutes to run - can you check the run history to verify that they did not run?

Also, if you want others to be able to "test" or edit the Flow, you'll need to add them as co-owners.
