SQL Connector Access / Connection Issue

Hi,

 

I was able to create a new SQL connector and add the same as data source in canvas app , but if I deploy the canvas app to another environment (created a new SQL connector in target environment and shared it to all other users) getting access Issue and unable to access canvas app.

 

Please advice .

    Hi @MaliniSaranya ,

     

    1) Is the app deployed as a solution and is the connection added as a connection reference?

    2) What authentication mechanism is being used to connect to SQL and is it the same between environment 1 and 2?

    3) When you say the users cannot access the canvas app, is it they cannot open the app at all or they are getting errors when connecting to SQL?  Can you provide some screenshots?

    4) Is the SQL on prem or in Azure?
