Entity lookup fields are not visible in DataFlow integration

Hello Team,

I came up with a scenario while doing CSV file integration using DataFlow. While transforming the CSV data file into Power Query all the information visible perfectly, but on the next mapping wizard in the target CDS entity we are unable to get few Lookup fields. Anyone can please help me.

Please find below is the custom entity structure:

TargetEntity
LookupField1	Visible
LookupField2	Visible
LookupField3	Visible
LookupField4	Not Visible
LookupField5	Not Visible
BooleanField	Visible

I think it doesn't support relationships.

This is really old, but in case anyone else stumbles on this post with the same problem like I did - a likely issue is that the table on the other end of your LookUp doesn't have any Keys defined. This is mentioned ever so briefly in the below documentation page. Hope this helps!
