The request failed error code on Approval Flow

Hello,

I'm trying to re-create Reza Dorrani's Dynamic Approvers & log history with Power Automate Approvals and yesterday it worked, however, today in the "Start and wait for an approval" step I am getting the following message:

Hello Raul,

While reproducing this issue, it seems your initialize variable action that is being used to assign the approval is empty. That is what the error message is also saying. I would double check your initialize variable action or any supplemental actions/dynamic content that would populate the initialize variable and make sure that it is not causing the variable to be empty.
