I have to send an reminder email when person has not called the customer for the survey. and condition is to send reminder to those people only which has chosen "Contact over Phone" I have a column in my SharePoint point "Customer Response" which should be empty then it would send an reminder email. but not for all customer just those who choose "contact over phone". Contact me over phone is coming from different flow. If person will select "Contact over phone" then and email will be send to requestor to contact customer if requestor forget so every monday their will be a reminder email to requestor.
