Hello, everyone!
I have a question about sending notifications/mails. Here is a simple thread in which a message is sent after a list item is created.

When I create an item in the list, I have email notification from ME, because I created the item.

But when my colleague make a item in the list he has the same message from ME. But I expect the message to be sent on its behalf.

How to solve this?

Without using Send As an On behalf 🙂

    Hello @Rubanik_Anton

I want to inform you that you have set your email address in the email action, which means that the messages will always be sent on your behalf.

I hope this response adequately addresses your question and helps you resolve the issue you are facing. If it does indeed solve your problem, please consider marking it as "Solved!"

While there is a "From" option that you can use, you can only do it if you have added a connection to that email account. You'd have to do that for everyone you intended to send an email as. This is pretty unlikely, so the recommended path is just to write "From: Created By" in the body of the email, at the very top.
