While creating an environment for (COE tool kit) Power Platform governance, I had enabled Dynamics 365 apps. This has lead to availability of Dynamics 365 apps in addition to COE tool kit apps. I am currently required to remove them from the environment. But delete option is disabled even though I have the privilege of 'System Admin' (Environment role) and 'Power Platform Administrator' (Azure role). I tried removing them from Default solution, Admin center, Dynamics 365 but not possible. Is there any way to disable/remove Dynamic Apps.
Some Dynamic App names for examples:
Sales Hub
Sales Team members
Dynamic App for outlook, etc.
Would appreciate any suggestion as this is a little urgent requirement.
@Velegandla Thank you very much- this really helped. The issue is now resolved.
"First party model-driven apps, such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, and Dynamics 365 Field Service can’t be deleted. You can hide these apps from users by removing the security roles that are assigned to the app"
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/delete-model-driven-app
You might have to create a new environment for starter kit if you haven't done all the installation.
