Filter array in power automate is giving the blank output

I have a filter array action as below. I am filtering a json output as shown in text below
 
 Json array from where i am running the filter array against is attached
 
 
 
 
 
below is the output of it.
 
what i need on the output is coming in the input and output is blank?
 
 
what is wrong here.

    Looking at the raw JSON the one thing I see is that the ChangedAttributes array has escape characters in it.  So it looks like its JSON embedded as a string.  Are you cleaning it up so its recognized as JSON? or is the file you attached turning it into a string?

    stupid mistake it was the single quotes added in the logical name filter. i was able to filter out after i removed the single quotes
