Office 365 licence options to get Power Automate PREMIUM

Hello!
I have to create many Power Automate flows at work and now I need to use a PREMIUM connector (Populate a Microsoft Word template). It looks like I need this 15$/mo plan : https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

I currently have a Office 365 Enterprise E3 that costs approx 23$/mo to my employer according to https://www.agileit.com/news/office-365-license-comparison/ .

Is there a plan that includes the Power Automate PREMIUM feature? I noticed a plan named "Microsoft 365 Business Premium" but it is cheaper than the Enterprise E3 plan so I guess this wouldn't do it, right? Am I doing the right thing to request this feature to my boss?

E5 includes the Premium license for Power Automate.

Unless there were more recent changes to licenses, E5 does NOT include Power Automate premium: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Premium-Connectors-and-E5-License/td-p/746045

You're right, it's the Power BI Pro license that is included in E5, not the Power Automate Premium license.
