Sharepoint Alerts when Excel document is changed (specific cells)

How can  I build a flow that alerts certain recipients of certain changes (specific cells) made within a document (Excel)? I know we can create alerts for when a document is modified, but I am unsure if it is possible to do that with certain cells. I also know this feature is possible in a Sharepoint list, but I am unsure if it is possible within Excel.

    Unfortunately flow doesn't offer this functionality yet.  You could post it as a suggestion here at Power Automate ideas forum.

    As @abm  said, the function for checking modified row in excel table is not supported in Microsoft flow currently, if you would like the function to be supported in Microsoft flow, please submit an idea to flow ideas forum:

    Since this thread is over 2 years old, can anyone tell me if Flow has picked up an option to notify of specific changes within Excel and not just "The file has been changed by X"?  

    I would like to get a flow set up to email specific people in my org when an Excel file is changed but I want to be able to let them know what changed.
