How to use environment variable in pad flow?

hi team,

 

I want to use environment variable in power automate desktop flows 

how can I use it

    @Sanket1 

     

    You cannot consume environment variables from desktop flows. Instead you can create input parameters in your desktop flow then while invoke your desktop flows from cloud flow you can pass the environment variables values as input to your PAD flows.

    Thank you so much for your quick responce!!!

     

    I want to provide sharepoint url everytime whenever I run the bot so how can I achieve this

     

    one is input dialogue box ---

     

    any other approch is available

    You can keep your variable in excel also.

     

    Or if you want to keep them as environment variable then create environment variable for SharePoint URL and pass to desktop flow as input parameter. This is also fine approach.

    Hi,

    Its depend on your requirement of flow to be run if you run your flow manually or attended you can use input dialouge box action for provide your sharepoint url on it.

    Hi @Sanket1 ,

     

    If your running the BOT as attended if you create it as  input variable as shown in below, It will ask when your running from console as shown in below image.
