Email Body is blank when posting into a message

I have a strange issue.  I have set up a Power Automate flow that triggers when an email comes in with a specific subject content.  The flow works perfectly except that when the email comes directly from the originator (which in this case is SalesForce using a Pardot email campaign) the body is posted as blank in the message created on the Teams side.  If I take the exact email and forward it to myself, removing the forwarding lines from the forwarded version, it posts perfectly with the same flow.

Is there something different about the email body when it is sent from a service like that?

    Hi @FTSRich

    May be a few checks and comparison to be made in order to get to some findings

    • What is the format of the email when it comes directly from the originator - Rich Text, Plain Text, HTML
      • What is the format of the email that works correctly
    • Have you tried printing the output of the incorrect email into a compose statement. Does it show anything
    • Also, based on your findings if it becomes necessary check out the "Html to Text" action and convert the output of the email and try again.

    Excellent Tip - Not sure what to do with it yet.

    Content Type for the email that does not work:

    Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
    boundary="XeqUB9agqZ1K=_?:"

    Content Type for the one that works:

    Content-Type: application/ms-tnef; name="winmail.dat"

    I expect this is the problem.  Is there a way to pull in the body of the email with the multipart content type?
