How to develop a connector in Power Automate that can read data from MS Project files (.MPP)?

I've been asked to report on MS Project milestones in Power BI. The MS Project file is a master project that links to multiple sub-projects.

I've tried 3 commonly suggested options but they weren't suitable for my situation so I posted in the MS Project forum (Link below) and Mia Zhao MSFT responded by suggesting that I post in here to see if anyone knows how to develop a custom connector in Power Automate that automatically extracts data from an MS Project file (.MPP not Project Web App) and save it in a format that Power BI can read (a CSV would be ideal).

Thanks in advance!
