I have successfully created a Teams flow that gives me an "Action" option on a Teams message to "Add to Lessons Log". When selected it adds the details of the message onto a Sharepoint List and posts a message on that Teams channel that it has been added.

It works fine for me.

I want to share that flow with other users in my team. So as a test I added a user as a Run Only User, but they do not see the option. What do I/they need to do to get it

Hi @patrickmee

Pls request the users to check flow name under "More actions" sub menu. Initially, the flow hides under "More actions" sub menu but when you run it, the flow become visible in the main menu as a sibling to "More actions".

Hi @patrickmee

As per the below link under "Know issues & limitations", the flow with trigger "For a selected message" will be listed in teams if it created under default environment:

Trigger a cloud flow from any message in Microsoft Teams - Power Automate | Microsoft Learn

Pls try creating flow in default environment if created in different environment.

It turns out that it took a while for the flow to propagate to the required users (about a day!).
