Populating Date from Text with Automatic Date Column

I need to create new column with populated date. I have multiple rows.

I need to extract latest date from Sharepoint column which have text space, and everytime when you add text sharepoint is populating date at the beggining to show when the change was made like this:
Kirsty (12/10/2024 4:25 AM):dsadsadds
Kirsty (12/01/2024 4:25 AM):adssadsadd

I was trying to do it on my own but I don't hae experience in power automate

I am not following what you are asking. Are you asking:

How to create a string such as this "Kirsty (12/10/2024 4:25 AM):dsadsadds" when an item is modified so that the date is the date it was modified.

Or, are you trying to extract "12/10/2024 4:25 AM" from the string "Kirsty (12/10/2024 4:25 AM):dsadsadds" when an item is modified.

Something else?

How you do it, depends on what you want to do. When you refer to "automatic date column," are you referring to the Created or Modified date or something else?

I need to extract latest date from "Status Update" where you can add or modify text and date is added automatically. Extracted date should be added to brand new column "Status Date".
This is needed to check when latest event in "Status Update" column was added, and then count how many days from today.
