Labeling Scanned Documents in SharePoint

I have a process where documents are scanned to a SharePoint list and are then used in an application. Recently, we have decided to extend this application to other offices who are expected to scan their own documents, then use them in an application. My question is, is there any way to get unique information in that SharePoint list based on who scanned it or where it was scanned so that users of the application will see only their scanned documents?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi

You haven't explained what the process is that Scans and stores the document.

That being said, it is not impossible, IF and only IF the user who is running the process, is also the user who is  considered the Creator.

Let's say Tiffany uses your process to scan and save, but the process runs at David.. Well then no, you cannot, because David isn't Tiffany. You need the process to ensure that the Created By is Tiffany

If so, then its easy. You simply Filter the list of items by the Created By (email) and bingo you have what you want.
